Aerials

If normal filming is a chess game, aerial filming is three dimensional chess. The camera platform can move at varying speeds through through three dimensions. The camera system can pan 360 degrees and tilt through 270 degrees. The lens can zoom in to a metre from a kilometre away. Everything is fluid and moving, requiring the highest degree of co-ordination between director, camera operator and pilot.

v3project's directors have hundreds of hours of aerial filming experience in Australia and around the world. Because we use the best aerial camera system in existence and choose the right aircraft for the job, we get the shots we need in a minimum of flying time, saving the cost of mis-takes and re-takes.
